We are looking for a Senior Data Analytics and Visualization Engineer to guarantee secure, stable, and high-performing delivery of Qlik-based analytics while the domain transitions to EPAM, and to assist modernization initiatives by rebuilding and rationalizing key BI assets and data consumption patterns.

- Own Qlik applications within an assigned domain wave (e.g., Finance / Supply Chain)
- Gain understanding of app structure, load scripts, QVD usage, and business logic
- Assist with shadow, reverse-shadow, parallel run, and hypercare activities
- Diagnose and fix BI defects, including reload failures, data mismatches, performance issues, broken visuals, and permission/access problems, working alongside platform admin
- Validate parallel runs by comparing outputs from incumbent/vendor cycles against EPAM-run cycles
- Research discrepancies and record evidence for sign-off
- Support operational readiness by contributing to runbooks, known-issues logs, and monitoring inputs
- Assist with resolving incident and problem tickets
- Take part in assess and rationalize (4R) activities for the BI estate
- Rebuild or refactor priority Finance/Supply Chain analytics assets and data models during modernization
- Work with the data platform team and governance to align consumption patterns, definitions, and controls
Навички
- 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering BI solutions on Qlik Sense (on-prem and/or SaaS)
- Ability to read, debug, and enhance Qlik load scripts, data models, and front-end performance
- Background in supporting BI within production/BAU environments, including incident handling, SLAs, and a stability-first approach
- Familiarity with modern data warehouses (Snowflake preferred) and SQL-based data validation
- Strong communication skills for collaborating across functions with Product Leads, SMEs, QA, and Platform Ops

- Knowledge of governance and access controls, such as Qlik Section Access concepts and SOX-like control environments
- Familiarity with test automation/data reconciliation tools for BI validation
- Experience with BI estate modernization, including rationalization, rebuild patterns, and semantic layer concepts
