Currently, we are looking for a remote UX Design Development Team Lead to join our team.
The client is foremost a product company. They create products for providing electronic identities and qualified trust services.
Responsibilities
- Lead the redesign efforts
- Propose solutions, verify them with the client stakeholders (PO, UX, and CTO)
- Work with the team to implement each change
- Assisting in documenting client requirements on initial phases of the project
- Work with stakeholders and UX to decompose flows
- Develop screen details, depicting all necessary design delivery
- Validate mockups with stakeholders and development team
- Iterate on solutions
- Present information architecture, wireframes, and mockups to the stakeholders
- Design low - high fidelity wireframes and prototypes
- Mentoring Junior designers
- Participating in design workshops
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience, 2+ years in leadership roles
- Ability to conduct light user testing
- Ability to run workshops and interface directly with CTO and product owner
- Ability to produce low and high-fi prototypes in Figma for resonance and/or usability testing
- Capacity to lead and grow a team of designers
- Advanced English Level
