We are looking for a UX Content Strategist / Content Designer to define and execute content strategies with a strong user-experience focus. In this role, you will prioritize simplicity and ease of use to communicate clear messages across different moments and interaction scenarios — primarily within digital interfaces.
While your work centers on written content, you will also help ensure that graphic and interaction elements remain consistent with the messages we aim to deliver to diverse audience segments, always in line with our brand identity. As voice channels and AI-driven experiences continue to grow, conversational design is becoming an increasingly valuable part of this role.
We're seeking a professional with a holistic mindset who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on content creation.
- Define and execute content strategies grounded in user-experience principles
- Design clear, simple, and user-friendly content for a variety of interaction scenarios, with an emphasis on digital interfaces
- Ensure written content aligns with graphic and interaction elements to maintain consistency across the user experience
- Tailor messaging to different audience segments while staying true to the brand identity
- Apply analysis and user understanding to inform content decisions within UX projects
- Present, justify, and validate content changes, improvements, and new creations with stakeholders
- Manage your own timelines and deliverables independently
- Degree related to specialties such as Communication Sciences, Journalism, Advertising, Literature or Linguistics
- 1+ years of experience applying analysis and user understanding to UX-focused projects
- Experience working and collaborating with stakeholders, including presenting and validating content decisions
- Strong self-management skills, with the ability to organize and manage your own time effectively
- A portfolio and work references from previous UX projects
- English level – B1 or higher, both spoken and written
- Experience in conversational design for voice channels and/or AI-driven interfaces
