This role is for a product-minded specialist who is ready to go beyond backlog management: speak the client’s business language, challenge assumptions, identify opportunities for improvement, and help turn complex business needs into scalable, technically feasible solutions.
You will work at the intersection of Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Data, Engineering, and AI-ready thinking — helping teams build smarter, more efficient, and more valuable digital travel products for a fast-moving global market.
- Shape product direction for Travel-domain solutions by connecting client business goals, customer needs, operational realities, and technical feasibility into clear product scope
- Own and manage the product backlog, priorities, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready requirements across discovery, refinement, implementation, and validation stages
- Apply strong business analysis practices to clarify processes, stakeholder needs, business rules, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and expected outcomes
- Drive prioritization and trade-off decisions based on business value, customer impact, feasibility, data dependencies, delivery risks, and timeline constraints
- Align client stakeholders, engineering teams, data/BI teams, vendors, and delivery management around scope, priorities, decisions, and implementation approach
- Support data-driven product areas by ensuring data needs, reporting expectations, validation logic, and business interpretation of outputs are properly captured
- Use AI tools where relevant to improve product analysis, requirements structuring, backlog refinement, documentation, research, and decision preparation
- 7+ years of experience in Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Lead Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar roles
- Experience or strong domain understanding in Travel
- Strong product ownership and business analysis background: backlog management, prioritization, scope control, acceptance criteria, requirements elicitation, and documentation
- Ability to work at the intersection of Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Data, and Engineering
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, validation, and business logic clarification
- Experience with some of the following: Power BI or equivalent analysis tools, data platforms, ETL, data validation, data structures, data flows, or report/dashboard testing
- Understanding backend systems, integrations, APIs, JSON/XML, technical dependencies, and delivery constraints
- AI-ready mindset and hands-on familiarity with AI tools, including ability to identify where AI can improve product ownership activities, analysis quality, documentation, and team productivity
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and Advanced English skills (C1) for client-facing work
