We are seeking a curious, open-minded, and collaborative Technical Product Manager to join our team and collaborate with clients, Business Unit Product Managers, designers, and developers to deliver outstanding software solutions. You will play a key role in understanding product vision, defining requirements, and ensuring successful implementation alongside agile development teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Unit Product Managers and clients to define, prioritize, and refine product features
- Create and update detailed user stories based on business needs and technical requirements
- Partner with designers and developers to plan and deliver high-quality software solutions
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical implementation with business goals
- Manage release processes involving multiple teams including clients and external vendors
- Conduct data analysis and validate assumptions using SQL as needed
- Work closely with agile development teams to ensure the delivery of iterative and impactful improvements
- Ensure proper documentation and transparency of product requirements for all involved parties
- Actively gather and incorporate client feedback throughout the development cycle
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve team efficiencies and workflows
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Technical Product Manager in software development
- Experience defining and prioritizing product features and creating/updating user stories
- Background in SQL, REST APIs, and data analysis
- Expertise in agile methodologies, with a proven track record of working effectively with agile development teams
- Proficiency in release management between various teams including clients and external vendors
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical terms
- Understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle management
- Minimum English language level of B1+
Nice to have
- Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Background in working with external API integrations beyond REST APIs
- Showcase of success in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to propose innovative technical solutions to meet business goals
