We are looking for a Technical Owner to lead delivery management and coordinate the technical team to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to the client's technology standards across the software lifecycle. You will partner closely with the Product Owner and act as the key liaison across Business, Architecture, Development, DevSecOps, SQA, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Data—apply to help drive reliable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical team to meet assigned objectives and delivery commitments
- Coordinate cross-functional execution with Business, Architecture, Development, DevSecOps, SQA, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Data
- Ensure adherence to technology policies, guidelines, and standards across development and implementation
- Plan and allocate team time and resources effectively using collaborative tools
- Partner with the Product Owner to align technical delivery with product goals and priorities
- Drive risk mitigation actions and support audit or regulatory plans impacting technology components
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies that add value to the organization
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in IT delivery management and complex technology project management
- Strong leadership skills to guide technical teams and develop people
- Proven project planning and execution experience, including risk mitigation and audit or regulatory action plans
- Solid budget control and resource management skills for technology initiatives
- Strong change management skills for IT improvements and operational transitions
- Strong communication skills to coordinate stakeholders across multiple areas
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)
Nice to have
- Relevant IT certification in a technology domain
- Postgraduate degree in Information Technology or Telecommunications
