We are looking for a Technical Lead with MuleSoft to assess complex integration stacks, uncover technical debt, and turn architectural proposals into executable delivery plans across hybrid cloud and legacy environments. You will advise clients, validate implementation feasibility, and guide the technical roadmap. Apply to help teams deliver practical, high-impact integrations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead deep technical reviews of the client’s current stack with direct access to environments and documentation
  • Evaluate the technical quality of existing integrations, including APIs, connectors, and automation flows
  • Identify technical debt and implementation constraints that impact the AI roadmap
  • Validate AI Transformation Architect proposals from an implementation feasibility perspective
  • Estimate technical effort for prioritized use cases and integration workstreams
  • Define recommended integration patterns between AI layers and existing systems
  • Build a technical delivery plan, including estimates, dependencies, and key risks
  • Ensure architecture recommendations are implementable given time, team, and technology constraints
  • Advise clients on API security, IAM policies, and secrets management best practices
  • Guide teams on CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native execution approaches
  • Coordinate alignment across stakeholders to unblock decisions and clarify technical tradeoffs
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in systems development and integration
  • Strong consultancy skills for client-facing technical assessment and recommendations
  • Proven leadership experience translating architecture into actionable execution plans
  • Hands-on experience with hybrid environments combining multiple clouds and legacy systems
  • Strong integration experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, and event-driven patterns
  • Cloud platform experience with GCP services and AWS integration services
  • Strong automation tooling experience with n8n and Bizagi for extending existing workflows
  • Programming skills in Python and/or Node.js for AI and automation components
  • Strong containerization skills with Docker and Kubernetes
  • CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, or Azure DevOps
  • Strong API security knowledge, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, secrets management, and IAM policies
  • Strong architecture review skills using the C4 model
  • Google Cloud Professional Cloud Developer or Professional Cloud Architect certification
  • Strong communication skills to explain constraints, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)

  • AWS Certified Developer – Associate (or higher)
  • TOGAF Foundation certification
  • Scrum Master or SAFe certification
