Currently, we are looking for a remote team Lead Scrum Master to join our team.
This position is for company, which is a platform in use at EF for supporting sales and production of language courses.
Responsibilities
- Carrying Scrum Master duties during Scrum ceremonies: Sprint planning, Daily, Sprint Review and Retrospective
- Adjusting Jira configuration to fit team needs: task flow, statuses, dashboards, widgets, plugins
- Forecasting team capacity
- Facilitate discussions between team members and client
- Agile coaching for team members
- Responsible for removing impediments to maximize team productivity
- Acting as internal escalation agent for team members
- Support during ramp-up / ramp-down of team members (access management, knowledge transfer, etc.)
- External reporting using classical and agile project metrics
Requirements
- Knowledge management in Confluence and among joiners/leavers
- 6+years of experience
- 2+years of leadership experience
