Team Lead Scrum Master for a Insurance company

Currently, we are looking for a remote Team Lead Scrum Master to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Establish effective internal and external communication
- Manage risks to prevent/mitigate negative consequences
- Manage stakeholders and clients' expectations
- Take a proactive part in suggesting techniques, tools and approaches
- Responsible for setting up the project from the ground up, as well as advocating for the best processes and tools for effective use
- Drive adoption of engineering best practices to provide quality delivery and high productivity
- Responsible for staffing/resourcing for successful project delivery
- Drives engagements of the average size of 8-12 FTEs in total
- Ensure the project is executed within given scope, timeline, quality, team, risks and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and control project execution via definition of metrics/KPIs
- Responsible for developing and executing the succession plan of the projects
- Participates in mentoring and talent development programs
Requirements
- 6+ years in positions of Scrum Master/Project Manager
- 2+ years of experience in Leadership
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Big Data, Business Intelligence, Cloud, and/or Analytics and modern development languages
- Experience in software delivery
- Solid experience in Agile methodologies
- Experience working with Scaled Agile frameworks
- Experience in working in setup with strong vendor management/procurement group presence
- Experience in the design and implementation of continuous integration, delivery, and deployment setups
- Strong communication skills, and proven ability to handle conflicts and taking on responsibility
- English Speaking and Writing B2+
