Currently, we are looking for a Remote Team Lead .NET Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the group of 10 back-end developers
- Estimate backlog scope and plan sprint activities for your team
- Assign tasks on your subordinates and track their progress
- Implement new functionalities according to the requirements
- Analyze and improve the application performance
- Influence on the frameworks for new features
- Fix security vulnerabilities after the project assessment
- Introduce new team members to the project
- Review the team members’ code
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with .NET
- Expert level of C#, .Net framework 4.7, NET5, ASP.NET Web API
- Knowledge of MS SQL, Ninject
- Knowledge of Entity Framework, Nlog
- Experience of work with multi-threading applications
- Knowledge of setting CI/CD with Jenkins or other tools
- Knowledge of General design patterns, SOLID, YAGNI, KISS
