We are seeking a highly skilled remote Team Lead JavaScript Full Stack Developer to join our team.

As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for building and maintaining complex distributed cloud-ready solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-quality software solutions, using your expertise in JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js. Responsibilities
  • Lead a team, providing guidance and support in building and maintaining complex distributed cloud-ready solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-quality software solutions, using your expertise in JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js
  • Develop and maintain cloud-ready solutions, utilizing AWS services to build scalable solutions
  • Estimate long-running activities, provide team estimates and roadmaps, and produce supporting documentation of good quality
  • Ensure that all code is developed and maintained in compliance with industry standards and best practices
  • Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements, using your expertise to provide valuable insights and feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development, sharing your knowledge with the team
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in backend JavaScript development, including building front-end applications (React.js) and back-end services (Node.js)
  • 1+ years of proven experience in development stream leading, showcasing your ability to lead the team
  • Deep knowledge of the principles of Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment, Unit Testing, Test Driven Development (Jenkins, Git, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Experience in AWS Cloud, enabling you to develop and maintain cloud-ready solutions
  • Ability to estimate long-running activities, provide team estimates and roadmaps
  • Ability to produce supporting documentation of good quality
  • Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
  • Experience with other cloud services or platforms, such as Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure
