We are seeking a highly skilled remote Team Lead JavaScript Full Stack Developer to join our team.

You will be responsible for evaluating system architecture options, designing a framework for defining various performance metrics, and coordinating across development teams to identify technical risks, address implementation gaps, ensure timely delivery, and optimize performance. Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex software systems
  • Regularly communicate with project management and engineering teams to provide updates on project progress and technical issues
  • Evaluate system architecture options and design a framework for defining various performance metrics
  • Coordinate across development teams to identify technical risks, address implementation gaps, ensure timely delivery, and optimize performance
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of software products through thorough testing and monitoring procedures
  • Monitor and mentor team members
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Significant experience leading the design and implementation of complex software systems that have been deployed at scale
  • Expertise in JavaScript and its modern frameworks, including React.js and Node.js
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services, WebRTC, and Progressive Web Applications (PWA)
  • Strong understanding of DevOps best practices for RTC deployment
  • Excellent technical communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • B2+ English level
Nice to have
  • Experience with other modern web technologies, such as GraphQL and TypeScript
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as JIRA and Trello
