We are seeking a skilled Team Lead JavaScript Full Stack to join our dynamic remote team, working with a leading provider of innovative software solutions. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of our software products, utilizing your expertise in JavaScript and related technologies like React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript. Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of software products, utilizing your expertise in JavaScript and related technologies like React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless and effective software development
  • Create comprehensive and effective automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software solutions
  • Provide guidance and support to other developers in their daily tasks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions
  • Contribute to the design and architecture of software products, utilizing your expertise in AWS and related technologies
  • Review and ensure the quality control of code deliverables to meet the highest standards
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and AWS
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Full Stack Development, demonstrating expertise in JavaScript and related technologies like React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript
  • 1+ years or relevant leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of AWS, including experience with ECS/Fargate, S3, Lambda etc.
  • Experience with Unit Testing, showcasing your ability to write comprehensive and effective tests
  • Familiarity with automated test engineering, enabling you to create automated testing frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities, allowing you to effectively lead a team of developers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, crucial for identifying and resolving complex technical issues
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions
  • Fluent spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level or higher, enabling effective communication
