Currently, we are looking for a Remote Team lead Java Developer to join our team.
The customer's business is a Court management system that is in being widely customized for various clients in USA and UK.
Responsibilities
- Setting effective work goals, setting priorities and lead the team in order to ensure high-quality work
- Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle
- Working closely and directly with the team from USA
- Analyzing business needs and creating of technical documentation
- Sharing your knowledge and expertise with other team members
- Writing well designed, testable, efficient code
Requirements
- 6+ years of Java experience
- Experience with Spring (Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security)
- Experience in designing and building REST APIs
- Proved mentorship and guidance of other engineers on code quality, best practices, maintainability, self-development, etc.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Jira)
- 2+ years of leadership experience
Nice to have
- Understanding of cloud solutions (MS Azure)
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience working in SCRUM methodology
- Experience with database version control tools (Liquibase)
