Capable to assist in providing advice based on personal experience in agile project governance, communication with IT and Business and people at PM/PO level

Capable to navigate unfamiliar circumstances. Able to challenge non- constructive thinking and manage resistance

Capable to analyze team's current situation and identify areas for improvement

Practitioner of different coaching techniques and mental models

Ability to communicate confidently and align the content, the language and the media used to present the information

Capable to concisely describe a concept, process, procedure, etc. Share info within a community

Capable to prepare training materials with informative and current content as per the needs of the audience stakeholders

Must be willing and able to identify problems, impediments, dependencies, and other team dysfunctions, and then facilitate quick resolution

Able to create concise, understandable and simple reports for different stakeholders

Complete understanding of agile frameworks and methodologies such as Lean, Kanban, DevOps, Scrum, SAFe, etc.

Must have recognized education in agile processes, certifications preferred

Able to lead a team to make realistic and achievable commitments

Practical understanding of agile metrics and reporting techniques
