Currently, we are looking for a Remote Team Lead Agile Coach to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and facilitate the upcoming QP days
- Prepare and facilitate the Domain Meetings
- Help me in populating the Way of Working space in confluence
- Assist in preparing and facilitating the Way of Working meetings
- Help with Jira and BigPicture task administration
- Help with implementing metrics and KPIs
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience including strong understanding of customer/stakeholder relationships, business analysis, prioritization, estimation and capacity management
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Capable to assist in providing advice based on personal experience in agile project governance, communication with IT and Business and people at PM/PO level
- Capable to navigate unfamiliar circumstances. Able to challenge non- constructive thinking and manage resistance
- Capable to analyze team's current situation and identify areas for improvement
- Practitioner of different coaching techniques and mental models
- Ability to communicate confidently and align the content, the language and the media used to present the information
- Capable to concisely describe a concept, process, procedure, etc. Share info within a community
- Capable to prepare training materials with informative and current content as per the needs of the audience stakeholders
- Must be willing and able to identify problems, impediments, dependencies, and other team dysfunctions, and then facilitate quick resolution
- Able to create concise, understandable and simple reports for different stakeholders
- Complete understanding of agile frameworks and methodologies such as Lean, Kanban, DevOps, Scrum, SAFe, etc.
- Must have recognized education in agile processes, certifications preferred
- Able to lead a team to make realistic and achievable commitments
- Practical understanding of agile metrics and reporting techniques
