Talent Acquisition Researcher for EPAM Recruitment Department

We are currently looking for a Remote Talent Acquisition Researcher with 1+ year of professional IT recruiting experience to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Searching for a wide range of IT professionals (engineers, testers, developers, managers and architects)
- Searching for talents using several channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, social media, internal database, etc.)
- Creating a wide talent pool and updating the CV search database
- Communicating with candidates on a daily basis and guiding them through the sourcing process
- Pre-screening and presenting appropriate candidates to the Recruiter
- Creating informed market research, comprehensive competitor analysis
- Working closely with other members of the recruitment team
- Supporting employer branding strategies
- Seeking for new ways/sources to recruit candidates
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of direct sourcing and networking of IT Talent Pool
- Knowledge of internet search engines, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.
- Interest in new Sourcing and Recruiting trends and social media
- Highly result-oriented
- Very good communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage working time efficiently, prioritize multiple tasks and keep high-quality database records
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve
- Good spoken and written English
