As a lead developer, your primary role involves crafting data migration and governance rules within Syniti tools. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in shaping the integrated data migration design for specific process areas by conducting thorough data analysis.

Responsibilities
- Spearhead and oversee a team of developers to ensure seamless project delivery
- Formulate data migration and governance rules in Syniti's tools based on provided specifications
- Participate in developing an integrated data migration design for assigned process areas through meticulous data analysis
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and team members to grasp business requirements and devise effective solutions
- Uphold adherence to data governance methodologies and best practices
- Identify and tackle issues related to data migration and governance
- Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster their professional development
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis and DevOps
- Demonstrate expertise in Syniti, SAP Fiori, and SAP C/4HANA
- Showcase the ability to lead a team of developers, ensuring successful project delivery
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in dissecting complex data to pinpoint and resolve issues
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative work with stakeholders and team members
- Possess a solid understanding of data governance methodologies and best practices
- Maintain an upper-intermediate level of English proficiency or higher
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Master Data Governance, highlighting versatility in SAP development platforms
- Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Process Orchestration
