We are currently seeking a highly skilled remote Syniti Technical Lead to join our team.
As a lead developer, you will be responsible for developing data migration and governance rules in Syniti's tools, as well as contributing to the integrated data migration design for assigned process areas through data analysis.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Develop data migration and governance rules in Syniti's tools as per supplied specifications
- Contribute to integrated data migration design for assigned process areas through data analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to understand business requirements and design effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with data governance methodologies and best practices
- Identify and resolve issues related to data migration and governance
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to support their professional growth
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP Basis and DevOps
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Expertise in Syniti, SAP Fiori, and SAP C/4HANA
- Ability to lead a team of developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data to identify and resolve issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members
- Solid understanding of data governance methodologies and best practices
- Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Master Data Governance, showcasing versatility in SAP development platforms
- Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform, and SAP Process Orchestration
