Support Engineer (Cloud Eng AWS Containers)

We are seeking a remote Support Engineer with expertise in AWS and Cloud Eng AWS Containers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service and technical support to clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS and Cloud Eng AWS Containers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical issues in a timely manner
  • Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in cloud operations, preferably in a support role
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services and Cloud Eng AWS Containers
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • A good understanding of DevOps principles and best practices
  • Proficient in Upper-Intermediate English (B2+)
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of Linux and scripting languages (such as Python and Bash)
