We are seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy student to join our End-User Support Service team in Hungary. Based on-site in our Debrecen office, you will contribute to providing seamless IT support for internal colleagues across Hungary while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team to support IT infrastructure in the Debrecen office
  • Ensure equipment, documentation, and processes are effectively managed and maintained
  • Provide IT-related assistance to colleagues, addressing and resolving technical issues
  • Operate, maintain, upgrade, and decommission assets cost-effectively
  • Participate in the development and enhancement of End-User Support Service workflows
Requirements
  • Active full-time student status (nappali tagozat), preferably in an IT-related field
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week
  • Understanding of basic principles of hardware, software, and networking
  • Novice or intermediate troubleshooting skills for OS, hardware, and network issues
