EPAM Vietnam is seeking a highly motivated Stibo STEP Developer to join our Data Integration team. Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative solutions and architectural frameworks to meet business needs
- Mentor and direct the project team through all phases of development
- Develop and customize features that are not available out of the box to fulfill business requirements
- Handle Supplier MD processes - collaborating with Business Analysts to transform business requirements into technical configurations
- Provide expertise and guidance to help client team members learn and understand the highly customized STIBO platform setup, which is different from the default setup
- Work in a shared environment, including core STIBO layer, shared layer and own_name_space/product development layer
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in technical development, configuration and custom development of Stibo STEP modules
- Solid understanding of Product and Customer Master Data Management (MDM) principles and best practices
- Proven experience in leading Stibo PIM End-to-End implementations, with strong exposure to STEP Data models, workflows and configurations
- In-depth knowledge of STIBO solution features, including “out of the box” tool functions and workflow design/setup
- Experience with STIBO monitoring and reporting functions, as well as creating workflow variants
- Strong grasp of PIM architecture and design, with a focus on MDM/PIM development best practices
- STIBO certification is considered an advantage
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English at B2 level or higher
