We are looking for a Sterling OMS Developer to be a vital part of our team.

You will engage in the design, development, and support of our Order Management System, leveraging your skills in IBM Sterling OMS. If you are passionate about improving system capabilities and enjoy collaborating with technical teams, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for the Order Management System
  • Design and implement IBM Sterling OMS solutions based on business requirements
  • Participate in design and code reviews following best practices
  • Lead the configuration and performance tuning of the OMS environment
  • Support technology projects including software development and upgrades
  • Maintain master configuration data and source code management
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues
  • Execute production deployments and manage change processes
  • Ensure adherence to processes, procedures, and standards
  • Document operating procedures, best practices, and technical details
  • Perform additional duties as required
Requirements
  • Understanding of Sterling OMS functions, including Sourcing/Scheduling
  • Experience in designing and implementing Sterling OMS solutions for 3 years
  • Development experience with enterprise Java technologies for 2 years
  • Hands-on coding experience with Java and OMS Development
  • Proficient with development tools such as Eclipse IDE and SoapUI
  • Experience extending products and integrating with other enterprise systems
  • Ability to collaborate on functional design documents
  • Experience with source code management systems
  • Background in Middleware technologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience with SAP and warehouse management systems preferred
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with JSON
  • Understanding of REST
  • Experience with SOA Frameworks
  • Knowledge of XML
