We are seeking a highly skilled Staffing Manager to oversee and drive strategic resource management processes in our organization. As a vital part of our leadership team, you will collaborate with multiple departments to align workforce planning, resource allocation, and hiring strategies with business objectives, ensuring operational efficiency and organizational goals are met.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership and oversight of strategic resource management projects overseeing efficient allocation of talent
  • Lead and participate in business management initiatives to drive process improvements
  • Collaborate with Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to align strategic deliverables
  • Oversee and manage hiring processes for both full-time and contract positions across supported business units
  • Develop and execute workforce planning strategies to balance supply and demand, aligning resources to projects and business priorities
  • Monitor and analyze cost of delivery to optimize resource allocation and manage budgets effectively
  • Build strong, effective relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Identify operational challenges related to resource management and provide innovative, value-driven solutions
  • Maintain accountability for accurately delivering commitments and taking proactive ownership of outcomes
Requirements
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience, particularly in resource management within matrixed global organizations
  • Deep expertise in Resource Management, Human Capital Management, Workforce Planning, or Workforce Management
  • Strong background in staffing, workforce management, or bench management, with knowledge of concepts like supply vs demand and resource-financial metrics integration
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated skills in analytical thinking, multi-tasking, communication, and negotiation
  • Capability to work collaboratively and innovatively while staying passionate about continuous improvement
  • Proven ability to anticipate and address the needs of diverse, global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of aligning services to appropriate roles, geographies, and work priorities with flexibility to find solutions for evolving business scenarios
  • English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication
