EPAM is seeking a technology-first ML and AI Projects Delivery Manager to drive business development, partner engagement, and pre-sales activity while overseeing delivery of ML and AI programs. This role bridges strategic business goals with cutting-edge technical execution, leading engagements from sales through delivery in close partnership with EPAM teams.

Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of ML and AI projects, ensuring high-quality, timely execution
- Manage complex data delivery programs, establishing governance and leading discovery phases
- Drive strategic ML/AI initiatives leveraging GCP and Gemini Enterprise
- Build architecture visions, diagrams, and technology roadmaps aligned to business direction
- Partner with customers and product management to define application and cloud architecture requirements
- Design and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements and align technical strategy
- Lead the architecture team to deliver optimal, cost-effective solutions
- Drive pre-sales activities/business development — client demos, architectural proposals, and RFP/RFQ/RFI responses focused on GenAI strategy
- Lead enterprise-scale technical discussions with senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Extensive experience managing technical engagements — solution design, RFP proposals, MVP delivery
- Background as a Technical Consultant balancing pre-sales and delivery execution
- Strong enterprise technical foundation across networking, storage, hardware, and software
- Active GCP certifications strongly preferred
