We are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect / Senior Solution Architect with strong expertise in the MEAN stack to lead the design and delivery of modern, scalable applications. In this position, you will guide architectural choices, mentor engineering teams, and work closely with clients and cross-functional groups to build innovative full-stack solutions in the cloud.
Responsibilities
- Design and build front-end applications, microservices, and REST APIs
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across full-stack development efforts
- Assess legacy applications and define target state design and architecture
- Guide and mentor technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Database, CTO organization, and API Economy
- Interact directly with clients to gather requirements and present architectural solutions
- Eliminate ambiguity from complex problems and bring clarity to project execution
- Enforce adherence to agile methodology throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Oversee integration, monitoring, and testing strategies across the tech stack
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar; Master's degree in Computer Science
- 12+ years of overall work experience
- 6+ years of experience designing and developing front-end applications, microservices, and REST APIs
- Proficiency in Angular and Node.js
- Expertise in the MEAN stack
- Expertise in Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, Lambda) and additional AWS services such as Kinesis, Firehose, and CloudWatch
- Skills in container orchestration and serverless architectures using EKS and DynamoDB
- Background in TypeScript and Java development
- Knowledge of databases, including DynamoDB and DB2 (Legacy)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, and testing tools, including Cucumber and API Testing Tools
- Background in working with agile methodology
- Showcase of excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to lead teams while navigating ambiguity
- Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
