We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead SAP S/4HANA solution design and delivery across RE-FX, FI, and CO modules, supporting global business stakeholders through full project lifecycles from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions across RE-FX, FI, and CO modules
- Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis
- Recommend SAP best-practice solutions to meet business needs
- Prepare functional specifications and support enhancements, reports, interfaces, and workflows
- Support Lease Contract Management and Lease Accounting (IFRS16/ASC842) processes
- Ensure integration between RE-FX, FI/CO, MM, Procurement, Tax, and Asset Accounting
- Support testing, defect resolution, cutover, and deployment activities
- Conduct SIT/UAT testing and support business users
- Support data migration and validation activities
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
- Provide post-go-live support and user training
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and global teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support adoption of SAP standard and fit-to-standard practices
Requirements
- 12-15 years of overall IT experience, with 12+ years in SAP S/4HANA FICO and strong exposure to SAP RE-FX
- Experience in Lease Accounting implementations (IFRS16/ASC842)
- Knowledge of FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO processes
- Experience across end-to-end SAP project lifecycles including configuration, testing, migration, and deployment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
