We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect (Salesforce + eCommerce) to lead the design of integrated CRM/CX and Digital channel solutions, with Salesforce serving as the foundational platform. In this role, you will shape a cohesive, scalable architecture that aligns products and platforms across the entire customer-facing ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Shape holistic CX architecture spanning Salesforce CRM and Digital touchpoints including eCommerce and portals
  • Translate core business capabilities such as sales planning, pricing and customer data into platform-aligned solutions
  • Architect seamless omnichannel customer journeys backed by robust technical foundations
  • Establish integration strategies connecting CRM, eCommerce, Order Management and Pricing & analytics layers
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis against existing system landscapes
  • Drive product taxonomy definitions, balancing global standards with regional needs
  • Partner with the Enterprise Architect to define integration patterns (API-led, event-driven) and shape the target architecture blueprint
  • Guarantee architectural scalability across diverse regions and markets
Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on practice in a Solution Architect capacity
  • Deep command of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud offerings
  • Practical exposure to eCommerce ecosystems including SAP Commerce, Adobe and commercetools
  • Solid grasp of omnichannel and CX environments
  • Strong track record delivering enterprise-grade integrations through APIs and middleware
  • Proven ability to craft scalable architectures spanning multiple platforms

  • Hands-on work with composable or headless architectural approaches
  • Involvement in worldwide template deployment initiatives
  • Insight into customer journey mapping and UX design fundamentals
  • Domain knowledge across pricing, loyalty or customer data areas
