We are looking for a Solution Architect with strong full-stack expertise in .NET, Azure and React to design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions while driving AI-native initiatives across the technology landscape.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solutions with an architectural mindset across backend, frontend and cloud layers
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Estimate features and break them down into actionable technical artifacts
- Lead a team through the development lifecycle, including coding and delivery of user stories
- Build and maintain cloud-based solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services
- Apply AI-native practices throughout the software development lifecycle
- Implement agentic AI solutions using Microsoft tools where applicable
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery of technical solutions
Requirements
- 12 to 15 years of overall experience in IT
- Proficiency in .NET, Azure and React as a full stack engineer
- Strong backend experience, including SQL
- Skills in designing architectural solutions
- Capability to work with stakeholders, estimate features, create technical artifacts and lead a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Functions and Durable Functions
- Background in AI SDLC practices
Nice to have
- Understanding of the Insurance value chain, particularly from submission to policy issuance, including quoting and binding
- Knowledge of specialty products, particularly in Excess lines such as Excess Casualty, Professional Liability, Medical Liability, Products and Contractors
- Experience in Actuarial reserving
- Familiarity with implementing agentic solutions using Microsoft tools
