We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect (.NET) to join our remote team and contribute to the design and implementation of technical solutions that align with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in software architecture, advanced technical capabilities, and a drive to create scalable and dependable systems. This role involves collaboration across teams to ensure successful project outcomes while maintaining high standards and optimal system performance.

Responsibilities
  • Define architecture solutions leveraging .NET technologies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business objectives and translate them into technical strategies
  • Conduct technical design discussions, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices
  • Supervise and mentor development teams, promoting compliance with architectural principles
  • Perform code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and conformity with standards
  • Integrate new technologies and systems into existing environments seamlessly
  • Analyze system performance and implement optimization strategies
  • Develop and drive technical strategies for project delivery aligned with organizational goals
  • Research emerging technologies, tools, and industry advancements
  • Ensure system security and enforce data protection protocols
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience focused on .NET architecture and solutions in IT
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams of five or more in technical or managerial roles
  • Involvement in two full project lifecycles or diverse projects across various phases of development
  • Expertise in system and solution architecture design
  • Proven capability to lead teams and provide technical guidance
  • Background in software engineering with emphasis on .NET technologies
  • Proficiency in creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and producing precise project estimates
  • Advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server (including SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS) and familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis
  • Competency in working with ASP.NET (including MVC), WCF, and WPF/Prism frameworks
  • Understanding of middleware solutions such as RabbitMQ, Tibco, or IBM MQ
  • Familiarity with RESTful API implementation
  • Significant proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD pipelines, and enforcing code quality standards
  • Competency to independently develop and test features using defined test cases
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, with emphasis on Azure or AWS
  • Qualifications in architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, EACOE, or similar methodologies
  • Understanding of Agile development principles and processes
  • Capability to facilitate technical workshops and deliver training sessions
