We are seeking an accomplished Solution Architect (.NET) to join our remote team and contribute to the design and delivery of technical solutions aligned with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in software architecture, high technical competency, and a commitment to creating scalable and dependable systems. This role involves collaboration across teams to ensure project success while upholding superior quality standards and optimal system performance.

Responsibilities
  • Design architecture solutions using .NET technologies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine business needs and formulate actionable technical strategies
  • Lead technical design discussions to align solutions with architectural best practices and global standards
  • Support development teams through guidance and mentorship, ensuring adherence to architectural principles
  • Review code for quality, consistency, and compliance with standards
  • Integrate new technologies and systems into existing environments seamlessly
  • Analyze system performance to identify improvements and implement optimization strategies
  • Define technical strategies for project execution in line with organizational objectives
  • Remain current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry developments
  • Establish secure systems while ensuring compliance with data protection protocols
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience specializing in .NET architecture and solutions
  • A minimum of 2 years in leadership roles managing teams of five or more
  • Participation in at least two complete project lifecycles or experience across diverse development phases
  • Expertise in designing system and solution architectures
  • Proven track record of leading teams and providing technical direction
  • Background in software engineering with specialization in .NET technologies
  • Proficiency in developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and providing accurate project estimates
  • Advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server (including SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS) and familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis
  • Extensive experience with ASP.NET (including MVC), WCF, and WPF/Prism frameworks
  • Knowledge of middleware solutions such as RabbitMQ, Tibco, or IBM MQ
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and their implementation
  • Competency in Test-Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD practices, and enforcing code quality standards
  • Flexibility to independently build and thoroughly test features using defined test cases
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
Nice to have
  • Background in working with cloud platforms, especially Azure or AWS
  • Qualifications in architectural frameworks like TOGAF, EACOE, or similar methodologies
  • Proficiency in Agile principles and methodologies
  • Capability to lead technical workshops and deliver training sessions
