We are looking for a highly skilled and visionary Solution Architect specializing in Microsoft Azure Cloud, who will play a key role in designing, delivering, and advocating innovative cloud solutions for global clients. This position requires a strong technical foundation in Azure, combined with exceptional consulting and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in both hands-on project work and strategic company-wide initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Architect secure, scalable, and cost-efficient Azure solutions leveraging Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), PaaS offerings, and other Azure-native services, tailored to specific business requirements
- Develop robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps; automate deployments with Terraform, Bicep, and ARM Templates; and guide clients toward greater DevOps maturity
- Apply the Azure Well-Architected Framework and Cloud Adoption Framework to ensure high performance, reliability, and cost optimization. Lead Enterprise-Scale Landing Zones to support successful migrations and cloud adoption
- Facilitate Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate new ideas, build client confidence, and showcase Azure as a strategic platform choice
- Participate in discovery phases and pre-sales engagements, aligning business objectives with technical solutions. Provide actionable recommendations and resolve complex technical challenges to improve client outcomes
- Deliver expert consulting across digital domains, multi-platform integrations, and functional designs. Guide clients through their cloud adoption journey while mentoring internal engineering teams and advocating best practices
- Act as an Azure evangelist within the organization - mentor colleagues, lead internal upskilling programs, encourage certifications, and promote modern Azure technologies
- Lead and support internal initiatives such as technical talks, public presentations, community events, hackathons, innovation marathons, and training programs. Collaborate closely with major technology partners like Microsoft to influence strategy, shape joint programs, and deliver impactful solutions
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Solution Architecture
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, including compute, storage, networking, security, and advanced automation
- Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, Azure CLI, and PowerShell
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and reliable cloud solutions using modern CI/CD practices
- Experience in leading pre-sales activities and developing client-focused solutions in a consulting or outsourcing environment
- Deep understanding of Azure enterprise frameworks, including the Well-Architected Framework, Cloud Adoption Framework, governance, and compliance models
- Strong cross-platform integration and functional consulting expertise
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills - able to engage effectively with both technical and executive audiences
- Demonstrated ability to mentor teams, drive organizational change, and influence key stakeholders
- Experience working in or with outsourcing companies, delivering high-value projects for enterprise clients
- Passion for community engagement, public speaking, and fostering innovation through events and strategic partnerships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level)
