As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions that meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex solutions that meet client requirements
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture decision records and tradeoff analysis
- Ensure software architecture meets high standards for availability, scalability, reliability, and resilience
- Coach and mentor team members to promote best practices and ensure high performance
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of software solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in IT
- 3+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Minimum 3 finished projects with system design and architecture from scratch
- Expertise in Archimate and UML, design patterns, and integration patterns
- Strong knowledge of security, logging, and monitoring
- Experience working with agile methodologies, batch processing, and event streaming
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders
- B2+ English level
Nice to have
- Experience with REST APIs, React.JS and Scala
- Familiarity with enterprise messaging, object storage, and search engines
