Solution Architect II with BPM

Our customer, a leading systemic Greek bank, is currently improving its BPM system. The BPM Architect, vital to the bank's digital transformation, will be a fundamental part of a larger initiative aimed at organizational growth and cooperation.
Professionals in Greece are invited to apply for this position, which can be conducted in-office or using a hybrid working model, mandating a minimum of two days per week spent in the office.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the client's teams to grasp their goals, business operations, and needs
- Create architectural solutions for new functions aimed at enhancing target business processes such as loans, risks, and mortgages
- Engage in the implementation team and cooperate with various roles including the bank's domain experts, delivery manager, business analyst, QA, both front-end and backend engineers, and IBM specialist
- Conduct architecture designs, integrating multiple systems
- Offer technical guidance to development teams from start to finish of the software development process, ensuring deliverables are of high quality
- Foresee technical issues and proactively tackle challenges during solution deployment
Requirements
- Expertise in Business Process Management with a strong grasp of BPM methodologies, workflow automation, and process enhancement
- Proficiency in software development, solution architecture, and BPM solution implementation roles such as Architect or Tech Lead
- Background in creating and deploying complex, enterprise-scale BPM solutions
- Familiarity with BPM tools such as IBM FileNet, Camunda, Pega, Alfresco, IBM Business Process Automation, and Appian
- Capability to conduct discovery per feature and correlate business requirements to system capabilities
- Qualifications in leadership with a client-focused approach, capable of presenting solutions to stakeholders
