We are on the lookout for a Solution Architect I to join our remote team and contribute to our technological initiatives. This key role involves conceptualizing and implementing innovative tech solutions that are in line with our strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical foundation and the proven competence to transform complex requirements into actionable architectural plans. As a Solution Architect I, you will work alongside diverse teams to propel project completion and craft scalable, enduring tech solutions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing technologies and devise enhancements
- Record and track requirements to implement suggested updates
- Collaborate closely with IT professionals to ensure availability and functionality of necessary hardware for projects
- Develop frameworks requiring input from various organizational departments
- Identify potential project obstacles or limitations and proactively address them
- Enhance software security through the creation of monitoring programs for protected information sharing
- Manage the entire product development lifecycle
- Design project timelines that optimally utilize resources
- Facilitate communication between clients and organizational departments
- Aid in crafting IT standards and protocols
Requirements
- At least 5 years of IT experience, predominantly in software engineering
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership position, overseeing a team of at least 5 members in a managerial or similar role
- Involvement in at least 2 full-cycle projects or multiple projects spanning various development phases
- Expertise in utilizing Microsoft Azure for solution design and implementation
- Knowledge of Microservice Architecture Pattern for creating scalable and independent application parts
- Proficient in using MongoDB for database management and operations
- Thorough understanding of the entire product development process
- Exceptional communication abilities, capable of effective interaction in a distributed, multicultural setting
- Profound problem-solving skills for technical and project management issues
- High proficiency in English, both spoken and written, at an Upper-Intermediate level or above
Nice to have
- Certifications pertinent to technology architecture or project management
- Advanced skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience in integrating and managing cloud-based services
