We are currently looking for a remote Solution Architect to become a part of the global team.
The customer is a German multinational corporation that designs and manufactures shoes, clothing, and accessories.
Responsibilities
- Review, manage, and ensure the adoption of decisions at the project level that are consistent with enterprise architecture principles, strategies, and standards
- Make choices and tradeoffs that drive optimal decisions through the depiction of concepts, relationships, constraints, rules, and operations in a given architecture or IT system
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with Java
- Strong experience leading projects in Enterprise solutions design and implementation, architectural models and frameworks, utilizing Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in AWS (Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS, RDS or Aurora, EKS etc)
- Solid experience in Middleware technologies such as event streaming (Kafka), event driven architecture, applying security design/principles
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Databases, Middleware, Micro-services, Web services, RESTful API’s, Application development platforms, High Availability designs and technologies
- Previous experience with Project governance and Model and Design
- Working experience of Spring, SpringBoot, Restful API, JSON and Avro Schema
- Working experience of RDBMS and Query Optimization
- Good knowledge of Unit Testing (Junit, Mockito)
- Good Knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins or any other)
- Hands on Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes etc.)
