We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver large-scale, AI-enabled solutions for our clients. You will combine deep architectural expertise with hands-on knowledge of modern AI technologies, including Generative AI and machine learning platforms. You will own the solution from the first customer conversation through design and implementation to go-live, and act as a trusted technical advisor to both business and engineering stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Design large-scale solutions using at least one technology stack, including AI-powered and data-intensive systems
  • Define and develop AI solution architectures (GenAI/LLM-based applications, RAG, ML pipelines, intelligent automation) and integrate them into enterprise landscapes
  • Create solution architecture documents with deep technical detail
  • Work closely with the business to identify solution requirements and key use cases and scenarios for future solutions
  • Conduct solution architecture reviews and audits and prepare the related reports
  • Lead solution implementation from establishing project requirements and goals through to go-live
  • Oversee development efforts and provide technical guidance as needed
  • Take part in the full cycle of pre-sales activities, including: direct communication with potential customers, RFP processing, developing proposals for solution design and implementation, presenting the proposed solution architecture to customers, and participating in meetings with customer representatives
  • Participate in customer workshops and present proposed solutions
  • Communicate directly with customers during solution design and implementation
  • Stay on top of industry trends and best practices, including the fast-evolving AI landscape
  • Create and follow a personal education plan in your technology stack and solution architecture
  • Mentor colleagues in shaping their personal development plans
Requirements
  • 7+ years of hands-on development experience across various solution types (web applications, web services, desktop applications, native mobile applications) on J2EE or .NET platforms (JavaScript experience is a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience developing relational and non-relational data storage systems
  • 5+ years of team leadership experience
  • 3+ years of experience in project management and direct customer communication
  • Proven experience designing and delivering AI/ML or GenAI solutions in production
  • Strong development background with JEE, .NET, and Content Management platforms
  • Proficiency in the JavaScript stack
  • Expertise in using libraries, frameworks, and patterns within specific technology stacks
  • Skill in designing and implementing external service integrations (REST, SOAP, and/or ESB)
  • Proven knowledge of cloud technologies and migration strategies, with experience building cloud-native solutions
  • Strong experience with multiple full-lifecycle software development processes, including Scrum and RUP
  • Hands-on experience with AI solutions, such as LLM-based applications, RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows
  • Experience with AI/ML platforms and cloud AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Google Vertex AI)
  • Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
  • Awareness of responsible AI principles, including security, privacy, governance, and compliance in AI solutions
  • Deep expertise in: web application architectures, web services architectures, relational and non-relational data storage, front-end and/or back-end architecture, and cross-cutting concerns (security, monitoring, caching, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of mission-critical, scalable, and high-performance application architecture design
  • Strong expertise in: architectural styles, enterprise architecture patterns, integration patterns, development patterns, architecture artifacts and deliverables, solution architecture design approaches and practices, and change management processes
  • Proactive approach and leadership in architecture engagements
  • Experience with customer-site assignments
  • Strong communication skills
