Responsibilities
- Design complex, multi-cloud Salesforce architectures spanning enterprise systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs for Salesforce platforms and integrated third-party systems
- Lead implementation teams by reviewing code, establishing best practices, and mentoring developers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Oversee end-to-end integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems including ERP platforms, legacy databases, and middleware solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and goals, converting complex needs into actionable technical roadmaps
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging Salesforce features and recommending innovations that enhance solution delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, with a proven track record leading global projects
- Strong expertise in Salesforce products including Revenue Cloud and CPQ, combined with hands-on Salesforce API experience
- Proficiency with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Informatica and REST/SOAP web services
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Salesforce Architect certifications, including Technical Architect or Application Architect (Optional)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence in a global, cross-functional environment (Optional)
