We are looking for a Solution Architect to shape scalable software architecture and translate business needs into secure, resilient technical designs. You will partner with product managers, business analysts, and engineering leads to define end-to-end solutions, choose technologies, and guide delivery teams through implementation in domains like Financial Services, Insurance, and Retail—apply now.

Responsibilities
  • Design robust, scalable and secure end-to-end software architectures across backend services, front-end layers, databases, integrations and cloud infrastructure
  • Run proofs-of-concept (PoCs), assess third-party tools, APIs and frameworks, and make data-driven choices for technology stack selection
  • Define architectural standards, reusable design patterns and coding guidelines
  • Guide development teams through technical governance to keep implementations aligned with the agreed-upon architecture
  • Partner with product owners to convert business requirements into clear technical blueprints
  • Explain complex architectural concepts to both technical developers and non-technical business leaders
  • Ensure designs consistently cover key non-functional requirements such as security, high availability, disaster recovery, performance and cost-efficiency
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience of 2+ years as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Principal Engineer designing complex, distributed enterprise software systems
  • Solid understanding of modern architectural patterns such as Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture and Serverless designs
  • Strong knowledge of APIs and Cloud-Native designs
  • Practical skills with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and modern infrastructure practices including containers, Kubernetes and database design
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions and align cross-functional teams
  • Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to balance tactical delivery pressure with long-term strategic architectural goals
  • English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
