We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our enthusiastic team.

Ideal candidates should have a solid technical background and a demonstrated ability to convert complex requirements into actionable architectural designs. As a Solution Architect, you will work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure project success and deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze the company's technologies and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Document and oversee requirements essential for implementing proposed updates
  • Work with Information Technology professionals to validate hardware availability and performance for projects
  • Propose a framework for contributions needed from various departments
  • Address potential project challenges or constraints and implement proactive strategies to manage them
  • Develop programs to monitor software security and the sharing of confidential data
  • Supervise product development throughout its lifecycle
  • Draft project schedules to efficiently allocate resources
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments
  • Support the creation of IT standards and operational guidelines
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of IT experience with an emphasis on software engineering
  • 2 years or more in a leadership role
  • Participation in at least 2 full-cycle projects or involvement in diverse phases of the software development lifecycle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure for solution design and implementation
  • Familiarity with Microservice Architecture Pattern for creating scalable, independent application components
  • Skills in MongoDB for database management and deployment
  • Comprehensive understanding of the full product development lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills suited for distributed and multicultural teams
  • Strong problem-solving abilities in addressing technical and project-related challenges
  • B2 level of English or higher, with an emphasis on technical communication skills
Nice to have
  • Showcase of relevant certifications in technology architecture or project management
  • Proficiency in programming languages including Java, Python, or C++
  • Capability to integrate and manage cloud services
