We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our remote team and take on a pivotal role in shaping and executing innovative solutions. As a key contributor to the IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring that technology aligns with the organization’s strategic goals. This position involves designing reliable architectures and facilitating their integration within existing systems. We are looking for a forward-thinking expert with extensive knowledge of diverse technologies and their impact on achieving business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Create scalable and efficient solutions that meet organizational needs
  • Work closely with project teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise
  • Oversee the integration of new systems with current infrastructures
  • Develop strategic roadmaps to support project delivery and architectural improvements
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and established best practices
  • Provide mentorship to team members to foster their professional development
  • Assess and improve existing systems to enhance performance and scalability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategies and communicate architectural plans
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and innovations relevant to the organization
  • Evaluate systems to identify areas for optimization and propose effective solutions
Requirements
  • A minimum of seven years of experience in a Solution Architect position
  • At least two years of leadership experience managing a team of five or more
  • Proven track record of contributing to multiple projects through complete system development lifecycles
  • Advanced proficiency in PHP for developing large-scale applications
  • Expertise in Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) for integrating applications across platforms
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle RDBMS for managing complex databases
  • Experience in software development using Objective-C
  • Strong background in e-commerce solutions development with Adobe Commerce (Magento)
  • Experience in creating and managing Data Warehouses
  • Proficiency in MuleSoft for API-driven system integration
  • Practical experience with Adobe AEM - Sites & Assets for managing digital assets
  • Deep understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) frameworks
  • Knowledge of ADAM architecture for effective digital asset management
  • Expertise in using PEGA for automating business workflows
  • Experience in managing Drupal as a content management system
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
