Solution Architect

We are seeking a Solution Architect with expertise in Sybase.

Responsibilities
- Review and analyze existing database architecture and infrastructure
- Document database architecture and technical specifications
- Recommend best practices and optimal approaches for updating legacy database systems
- Oversee upgrades, infrastructure modernization, schema design, and data modeling efforts
- Manage data migration workflows and ensure real-time replication accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on database design strategies
- Conduct database performance evaluation and tuning to optimize efficiency
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve database performance challenges
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in software design and development
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Sybase production Database Administrator
- Leadership experience of 2 or more years in relevant projects
- Expertise in database architecture and configuration techniques
- Understanding of essential database design and development concepts
- Background in managing large-scale databases and/or data warehousing
- Proficient in English, at least at the B2 level
