We are looking for a Solution Architect to strengthen our driven team.

This position is crucial in crafting and implementing forward-thinking technology solutions that support organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation and demonstrated expertise in transforming intricate requirements into operational architectures. As a Solution Architect, you will engage with multidisciplinary teams to champion project outcomes and deliver robust, adaptable solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze current technologies utilized within the organization and identify opportunities for enhancement
  • Document and monitor necessary requirements to implement proposed changes
  • Collaborate with Information Technology teams to ensure project hardware availability and functionality
  • Propose and establish frameworks that align contributions from various departments
  • Address potential project obstacles or limitations and develop strategies for mitigation
  • Ensure software security by creating programs to monitor private data sharing
  • Oversee the entire product development process from inception to delivery
  • Draft scheduling plans that allocate resources efficiently for project completion
  • Act as a bridge between the company's clients and internal teams
  • Assist in defining and refining IT standards and guidelines
Requirements
  • 5+ years of IT experience with strong emphasis on software engineering
  • Background in leadership roles spanning at least 2 years
  • Participation in at least 2 complete software projects or multiple projects covering different stages of the software development lifecycle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure for creating and implementing solutions
  • Familiarity with Microservice Architecture Pattern to structure scalable and independent application components
  • Expertise in MongoDB for database management and deployment
  • Comprehensive understanding of the full lifecycle of product development
  • Excellent communication skills suited to a diverse and distributed work environment
  • Advanced problem-solving skills to address technical or project-related issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a B2 level
Nice to have
  • Showcase of qualifications in technology architecture or project management through relevant certifications
  • Proficiency in programming languages, including Java, Python, or C++
  • Background in integrating and managing cloud services
