We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with expertise in IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will focus on designing, implementing, and supporting secure and efficient file transfer solutions, ensuring seamless data exchange across our enterprise and with external partners.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain file transfer solutions utilizing IBM Sterling File Gateway
Configure partner onboarding, routing channels, and translation maps to meet business requirements
Monitor file transfer systems to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to file transfer operations and integration
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless solution delivery
Document configurations, onboarding procedures, and partner profiles consistently
Respond to incidents and drive resolution for system and performance issues
Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices for file transfers

Requirements

2+ years of experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway and IBM B2B Integrator
Strong knowledge of file transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, or AS2
Expertise in secure data transmission and encryption standards
Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and scripting tools like Shell and Bash
Capability to troubleshoot issues within Sterling File Gateway and related systems
Experience working in enterprise IT environments with cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to have

Background in CLEO Harmony (on-prem solutions)
Familiarity with CLEO Cloud systems
