We are seeking a skilled remote Software Architect with expertise in Tibco EBX and Spring Batch to lead our growing Enterprise Data Management team.
As a Software Architect, you will be responsible for the development of our Tibco EBX platform and building our MDM capability to support the company-wide digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Develop master Data rules, procedures, and governance
- Apply Data Governance for Master Data through data coordination and integration to ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows
- Implement and configure the Data Model within MDM
- Drive and implement data conversion and initial load of data in MDM as per the Data Governance team's profiling strategy
- Guide the design and implementation of features, services, and prototypes
- Share knowledge and expertise with team members
- Help streamline the delivery of solutions to the business
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in Software Development and Architecture
- Advanced expertise in Tibco EBX
- Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Batch
- Strong knowledge and experience in Data Integration and Master Data Management
- Ability to quickly understand existing architecture and workflows
- Proven ability to lead teams for multiple platforms
- C1+ level of English language proficiency
