Translate them into a vision and an architectural roadmap

Drive with lead-by-example, performs POC

Replace without discontinuity the current Suppliers with a robust architecture and solid delivery

Demonstrate competency in the digital marketing and in the travel industry

8+ years of experiene as Sitecore Developer

Deep knowledge of Sitecore CMS

High Availability architecture competencies

Jira, Confluence, BDD, Automated Testing

Understand the culture and the processes in a tourism operator (with Seasonality and product complexity)

Strong digital experience and exposure to tourism industry

Cruise industry background and experience
