We are looking for a talented and driven ServiceNow Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you will collaborate with clients to design, deploy, and refine ServiceNow solutions tailored to their specific business needs. You will play a critical role in ensuring successful ServiceNow implementations, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions that improve operational processes and service quality.

Responsibilities
  • Assess client business workflows, challenges, and objectives to propose customized ServiceNow solutions
  • Create detailed technical designs for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring scalability, integration compatibility, and alignment with organizational goals
  • Build and showcase proof-of-concept prototypes to highlight the advantages of proposed solutions
  • Develop project proposals, including comprehensive cost estimates and implementation timelines
  • Guide technical teams of developers and administrators during the implementation process to meet project objectives
  • Configure and adapt ServiceNow modules and workflows to align with client-specific business requirements
  • Ensure smooth data flow and functionality by integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems
  • Perform thorough testing to validate system performance and confirm alignment with client requirements
  • Provide training to end-users and support teams to ensure effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Support change management initiatives to promote seamless adoption of the ServiceNow platform and address user concerns
  • Stay updated on new ServiceNow features, updates, and industry trends to deliver innovative solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • At least 2 years of experience managing teams of five or more in roles such as Architect, Manager, or Technical Lead
  • Proven track record in delivering at least two full-cycle ServiceNow projects or multiple projects covering various stages of development
  • Expertise in ITSM and ITOM with a strong understanding of modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align ServiceNow solutions to organizational objectives and simplify complex technical concepts for stakeholders
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to connect delivery teams and enterprise stakeholders effectively
  • Broad technical expertise in areas such as service delivery, service design, enterprise monitoring, data center operations, database architecture, and application development
  • Extensive experience in consultative, architectural, and development roles, with at least eight years in consultative positions
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, showcasing expertise in platform administration and best practices
