We are looking for an experienced and strategic ServiceNow Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions, specializing in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, industry best practices, and the ability to transform complex business needs into scalable technical solutions. You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions by conducting workshops, process designs, and system configurations
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and ServiceNow capabilities
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow-related projects and engagements
- Conduct assessments, health checks, and roadmap planning to optimize client environments and recommend improvements
- Work on integrations with monitoring tools, cloud providers, and other systems to enable seamless ITOM deployments and observability
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security standards, and governance frameworks in all ServiceNow implementations
- Create and maintain documentation, including design specifications, test cases, user guides, and training materials
- Stay updated on ServiceNow platform releases and ecosystem updates to introduce innovative and value-added solutions for clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team of 5 or more in roles such as Architect, Manager, or Technical Lead
- Participation in at least two full-cycle ServiceNow projects or multiple projects covering various phases of the development lifecycle
- Expertise in ITSM and ITOM, with a deep understanding of modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise IT operations
- Proven experience with CMDB design, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping
- Experience implementing ITSM modules including Knowledge, Request, and Change Management
- Familiarity with managing multi-instance environments or enterprise-scale global deployments
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) in the context of ITOM integrations
- Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment
- Proficiency in Agile project delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira or ServiceNow Agile
- Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced English proficiency at a B2 level or higher, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification to demonstrate expertise in platform administration and best practices
