We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Consultant to join our team.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions tailored to their unique business requirements. You will play a key role in driving successful implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate client business processes, challenges, and objectives to recommend tailored ServiceNow solutions
- Develop comprehensive technical designs for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring scalability, compatibility, and alignment with organizational goals
- Create and present proof-of-concept models to demonstrate the value and potential of proposed solutions
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and project timelines for ServiceNow implementation projects
- Lead technical teams, including developers and administrators, to ensure successful execution of implementation milestones
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and workflows to meet specific business requirements
- Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to optimize data flow and functionality
- Conduct extensive testing to validate system performance and ensure it meets client expectations
- Provide training to end-users and support teams to promote effective adoption and usage of the ServiceNow platform
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for enhancements to improve scalability and efficiency
- Facilitate change management to ensure smooth adoption of the ServiceNow platform and address user concerns
- Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow updates, features, and industry trends to deliver innovative and impactful solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading and managing teams of five or more in roles such as Architect, Manager, or Technical Lead
- Proven experience in at least two full-cycle ServiceNow projects or multiple projects spanning various phases of the development lifecycle
- Expertise in ITSM and ITOM, with a deep understanding of modules like Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
- Ability to align ServiceNow solutions with organizational goals and translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to facilitate alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Broad technical knowledge in areas such as service design, service delivery, enterprise monitoring, data center operations, database architecture, and application development
- Extensive experience in consultative, architectural, and development roles, with at least eight years in a consultative capacity
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, demonstrating advanced expertise in platform administration and best practices
