We are looking for an experienced and strategic ServiceNow Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, industry best practices, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions through workshops, process refinement, and system configuration
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members and developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and platform capabilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for ServiceNow-related projects
- Conduct assessments, perform health checks, and create roadmaps to optimize client environments and recommend improvements
- Work on integrations with monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and other systems to enable seamless ITOM functionality
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security protocols, and governance standards in ServiceNow implementations
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including system designs, test cases, user guides, and training materials
- Stay updated on new ServiceNow releases and ecosystem changes to introduce innovative and value-driven solutions for clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing teams of five or more in roles such as Architect, Manager, or Technical Lead
- Proven experience with at least two full-cycle ServiceNow projects or multiple projects covering various stages of the development lifecycle
- Expertise in ITSM and ITOM, with a deep understanding of modules like Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise-level IT operations
- Experience with CMDB design, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping
- Hands-on experience in implementing ITSM modules such as Knowledge, Change, and Request Management
- Familiarity with managing multi-instance environments or enterprise-scale global deployments
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, particularly in ITOM integrations
- Background in consulting or professional services roles
- Proficiency in Agile project methodologies and tools such as Jira or ServiceNow Agile
- Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher), with strong written and verbal communication skills
