We are looking for an experienced and strategic ServiceNow Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, industry best practices, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and improvement of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
- Convert business requirements into actionable technical solutions through workshops, process optimization, and system configurations
- Guide and mentor junior team members and developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and platform capabilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all ServiceNow-related projects
- Conduct assessments, health checks, and develop roadmaps to optimize client environments and recommend improvements
- Work on system integrations with monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and other systems to ensure seamless ITOM implementations and functionality
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security protocols, and governance standards in all ServiceNow deployments
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system designs, test cases, user guides, and training materials
- Stay informed of the latest ServiceNow updates and ecosystem changes to implement innovative solutions that add value to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing a team of 5 or more in roles such as Architect, Manager, or Technical Lead
- Experience participating in at least two full-cycle ServiceNow projects or multiple projects covering various development lifecycle phases
- Deep expertise in ITSM and ITOM, with a strong understanding of modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
- Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise IT operations
- Proven experience with CMDB design, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping
- Hands-on experience implementing ITSM modules, including Knowledge, Change, and Request Management
- Familiarity with managing multi-instance environments or global-scale enterprise deployments
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, particularly in ITOM integrations
- Prior experience in consulting or professional services roles
- Proficiency in Agile project methodologies and tools like Jira or ServiceNow Agile
- Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher), with excellent written and verbal communication skills
